Example of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical in the treatment of Behcet disease

中医认为白塞病的病机是先天禀赋不足,肾阴虚弱,肝肾亏损,加之后天失养,兼感受湿热毒气或因热病后余热未尽,湿热毒邪内蕴于肝经和脾经而致病。针对典型的白塞病给予中医药清热除湿、凉血解毒、通络活血等辨证施治法,治愈后随访未复发。本组患者对症施治,组方合理,收效显著,值得借鉴。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of Behcet disease is a congenital deficiency,kidney Yin deficiency,deficiency of liver and kidney,combined with acquired dystrophy,and suffer hot and humid gas or because of incomplete abatement of heat after fever,damp heat toxin exists in the liver and spleen and disease.The typical Behcet disease was treated with syndrome differentiation depending treatment of traditional Chinese therapy such as heat-cleaning and dampness-eliminating,cooling blood and detoxifying,activating blood and dredging collaterals,follow-up did not relapse after curing.The patients in this group is given treatment according to symptoms,the prescription is reasonable,the effect is significant,and it is worthy of using for reference.
