中西医结合治疗胫腓骨双骨折术后并发患肢水肿的效果分析

Effect analysis of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the treatment of postoperative tibia and fibula fracture com-plicated with edema of injured limb

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胫腓骨双骨折术后并发患肢水肿的效果。方法选取本院2012年12月-2013年6月收治的78例胫腓骨双骨折术后并发患肢水肿患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组给予加减桃核承气配方颗粒冲剂口服联合甘露醇静脉滴注,对照组只给予甘露醇静脉滴注。比较两组的总有效率、患肢肿胀程度。结果观察组的总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后第3、5、7天的患肢最大周径显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后第3、5、7天的手术前后周径差显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后第3、5、7天的肿胀发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加减桃核承气颗粒联合甘露醇治疗胫腓骨双骨折术后并发患肢水肿效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the treatment of postoperative tibia and fibula fracture complicated with edema of injured limb. Methods 78 patients with postoperative tibia and fibula fracture complicated with edema of injured limb from December 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jiajian Taohe Chengqi formula granule combined with intravenous drip of mannitol,the control group was only given intravenous drip of mannitol.The total effective rate and swelling degree of injured limb in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than 71.79% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The longest diameter of injured limb after operation at the third,fifth,seventh days in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The differences of diameter after operation at the third,fifth,seventh days in the observation group was bigger than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of swelling after operation at the third,fifth,seventh days in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of add and subtract Taohe Chengqi formula granule combined with mannitol in the treatment of postoperative tibia and fibula fracture complicated with edema of injured limb is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
