预见性护理在喉炎患儿中的应用分析

Application analysis of predictive nursing in children with laryngitis

目的探讨预见性护理在喉炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年8月本院收治的喉炎患儿65例,将其随机分为观察组（33例）和对照组（32例）,两组患儿入院后均给予对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理。评估护理前后患儿的生活质量改善情况,调查患儿家长对护理的满意度。结果护理后,两组各项生活质量评分均高于护理前（P〈0.05）,且观察组提高幅度大于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿家长对护理的满意度为93.94%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论预见性护理应用于喉炎患儿的临床治疗过程中,不仅可以改善患儿的生活质量,而且可提高家长对护理的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of predictive nursing in children with laryngitis. Methods 65 children with laryngitis admitted into our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group（33 cases） and control group（32 cases）,children of two groups were given symptomatic treatment after admission,then,control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of control group. The improvement of quality of life before and after nursing was assessed,the satisfaction of parents on nursing was surveyed. Results After nursing,the score of quality of life of two groups was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the improvement of observation group was greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of parents on nursing in observation group（93.94%） was higher than that of control group（85.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing applied in children with laryngitis not only can improve the quality of life of children, but also can improve the satisfaction degree of parents on nursing,therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
