上海市早期教育指导服务基地兼职教师职业承诺状况调查与分析

On the Professional Commitment of the Part-time Teachers in the Early Education Guidance and Service Base of Shanghai

摘要 目前,教师的职业承诺已经受到社会的广泛关注,但是早教教师的职业承诺鲜有人关注。本文运用《上海市早期教育指导服务基地兼职教师职业承诺状况问卷》,对上海市附设在幼儿园中的53个0-3岁婴幼儿早期教育指导服务基地的200余位兼职教师进行了调查。结果表明,兼职教师的总体职业承诺水平较高,其中规范承诺水平最高,情感承诺次之,继续承诺水平最低;继续承诺与教龄呈显著正相关,规范承诺与最高学历呈显著正相关。 At present, teachers' professional commitment has been widely concerned in the community, but early childhood teachers' professional commitment has received much less attention. Adopting the revised "Shanghai Early Education Guid- ance and Service Base Part-time Teachers' Professional Commitment Questionnaire", the authors surveyed 200 part time teachers who -work for 53 early education guidance and service bases for 0-3 year-old children. The results show that the overall professional commitment is high, of which normative commitment is the highest, followed by affective commitment and the continuance commitment is the lowest; the continuance commitment and number of years of teaching are positively correlated; normative commitment and highest degrees are positively correlated.
