幼儿园教师的生命教育观现状及其改进策略研究——基于对河南省幼儿教育国培学员的调查 被引量:4

The Status Quo of Life Education of Kindergarten Teachers and Strategies for Improvement: Based on the Investigation of Kindergarten Teachers Participating National Training Plan in Henan

摘要 研究者就幼儿园教师的生命教育观对河南省幼儿教育国培学员进行了调查,结果显示,大多数幼儿园教师对生命教育不甚了解,对待死亡的态度较为消极,教龄不同的幼儿园教师的生命教育观存在差异。据此,研究者认为,应加强对幼儿园教师生命教育的培训,帮助他们树立一种科学、积极的生命教育观;倡导“见义智为”,增强幼儿保护生命的意识和能力;尊重、平等对待每一个生命;引导幼儿正确看待死亡。 The authors did a research on the life education of the kindergarten teachers who participated in the national training plan in Henan. The results include: most of the kindergarten teachers do not know much about the life education; teachers' attitude toward death is negative; and there exist differences in life education of teachers with different number of years of teaching. Thus, the authors believe the training of kindergarten teachers' life education should be enhanced; life education should be positive and scientific; strengthen children's awareness and capacity of life protection; each life should he re- spected and treated equally; and children should be educated to view death appropriately.
