依那普利联合倍他乐克对高血压的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Enalapril Combined with Betaloc in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨依那普利联合倍他乐克治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:收集近两年在本院接受治疗的高血压患者作为本次的研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组患者采用依那普利联合倍他乐克治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者的不良反应发生率分别为2.0%、10.2%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者均有所改善,但观察组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用依那普利联合倍他乐克治疗高血压可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者血压情况,且安全性较高,应推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Enalapril combined with Betaloc in the treatment of hypertension.Method：98 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given extended release nifedipine tablets treatment,the observation group was treated with Enalapril and Betaloc.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The blood pressure of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment（P〉0.05）.After the treatment,the situation of the two groups were both improved,but the improvement of the observation group was much better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using Enalapril combined with Betaloc in the treatment of hypertension can be effectively and improve patients＇ blood pressure.It has high security and should be popularized and applied.
