生物剂固定胫骨平台骨折缺损术后的观察及护理

The Observation and Nursing Care of Fixation Biological Agent on Tibial Plateau Fractures Defects Postoperative

目的：总结生物剂固定胫骨平台骨折缺损术后的观察及护理方法。方法：选取本院收治的35例应用生物剂进行固定治疗的胫骨平台骨折缺损患者作为研究对象,对其术后观察及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果：本组患者经生物剂固定治疗和积极的术后康复护理,术后住院14~28 d后出院。膝关节功能优28例、良5例、可2例,优良率为94.29%。结论：在生物剂固定胫骨平台骨折缺损术后,对患者实施早期康复护理,密切观察患者病情变化,对于改善患者术后膝关节功能具有重大意义。

Objective：To summarize the biological agent fixed tibial plateau fracture defect after observation and nursing.Method：35 patients in our hospital application of biological agent＇s fixation of tibial plateau fracture defect patients were selected as research subjects and were retrospectively analyzed the postoperative care methods.Result：The group of patients with active biological agents fixation and postoperative rehabilitation care,postoperative hospital stay 14-28 d after discharge.Knee function excellent in 28 cases,good in 5 cases,and available in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 94.29%.Conclusion：In biological agents fixed tibial plateau fracture defect after surgery for patients with early rehabilitation care and close observation of the patient＇s condition changes,to improve postoperative knee function in patients with significant.
