摘要
以迷迭香愈伤组织为材料,采用2因素3水平完全随机试验,在含有1.0 mg/L2,4-D的MS固体培养基中加入不同浓度配比的6-BA和NAA,探讨不同浓度6-BA和NAA组合对迷迭香愈伤组织生长的影响。结果表明,最适于迷迭香愈伤组织增殖的激素配比为0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,培养20 d后,增殖系数为10.98。
In this experiment, the callus of Rosmarinus officinaliswas L. used as the material, and the two factors of three levels completely randomized trial was applied to study the effects of different concentration combinations of 6-BA and NAA on the callus growth on the basal MS solid medium containing 1.0 mg/L 2, 4-D. The results showed that the best combination for the callus proliferation was 0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA, and the proliferation coefficient was 10.98 after a day subculture cycle of 20 days.
