Study on Rooting of Cutting Propagation in Gold Leaf North Korea Boxwood

[目的]不同生根剂浓度下金叶朝鲜黄杨生根成活率。[方法]以金叶朝鲜黄杨的枝条为插穗,对不同浓度生根剂的成活率进行观察,得出最适生根剂浓度。[结果]50 mg/kg浓度为扦插生根剂的最适浓度,生根率高达85%。[结论]可快速高效的提高金叶朝鲜黄杨繁殖速度。

[Objective] The aim was to study the rooting rate of gold leaf North Korea boxwood with different rooting agent. [Method] With gold leaf North Korea boxwood branches for the cuttings, the survival rate of different concentrations rooting agent was observed. The optimum rooting agent concentration was received. [Result] The concentration of 50 mg/kg was the optimal concentration rooting agent with rooting rate of 85%. [Conclusion] The reproduction rate of gold leaf north Korea boxwood could be quickly improved.
