柳豆液联合银离子敷料治疗慢性伤口的效果观察

Observation on curative effect of Liudou liquid with silver dressing for treatment of chronic wounds

[目的]观察中医外洗合剂柳豆液联合银离子敷料治疗慢性伤口的疗效。[方法]将60例病人随机分为3组,试验组采用柳豆液+银离子敷料治疗方案,对照组采用银离子敷料治疗方案,常规组采用柳豆液治疗方案,评价3组病人在21d内的伤口面积缩小率、压疮愈合评价量表(PUSH)评分以及伤口的渗液情况。[结果]治疗第14天时试验组伤口面积缩小率以及PUSH评分与常规组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而与对照组相比PUSH评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第21天时试验组伤口面积缩小率、伤口渗液指标以及PUSH评分与常规组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与对照组相比伤口面积缩小率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]柳豆液联合银离子敷料用于慢性伤口换药,使用14d后开始出现优于单用一种敷料的治疗效果,证明合用可以减少伤口面积、伤口渗液,建议临床联合使用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of external washing mixture of Liudou liquid combined with silver dressing for patients with chronic wounds.Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,Liudou liquid＋silver dressing treatment scheme was adopted in experimental group,patients in control group used silver dressing treatment programs,patients in routine group were given Liudou liquid treat-ment programs,and then to evaluate the wound area reduction rate,PUSH score and the infiltration of the wound of patients among three groups in 2 1 days.Results：There was statistically significant difference in the wound area reduction rate and PUSH score on the 14th day of treatment between experimental group and rou-tine group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group,there was statistically significant differ-ence in the PUSH score （P〈0.05）.On the 21st day of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in wound area reduction rate,wound infiltration fluid index and PUSH score in experimental group compared with that in routine group （P〈0.05）,and compared with that in control group,there was statistically signifi-cant difference in the wound area reduction rate （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The Liudou liquid combined with silver dressings used for chronic wounds dressing began to have a better curative effect than single treatment of a dressing after 14 days of treatment.It proved the joint use of them can reduce the wound area and wound exu-dates,and it recommended the clinical combination use of them.
