护理人员英语综合能力自评问卷的构建及信效度检验

Construction and reliability and validity test of self-rating questionnaire of English comprehensive ability of nursing personnel

[目的]构建护理人员英语综合能力自评问卷。[方法]采用文献回顾法、质性访谈和专家咨询法,形成初始问卷,对347名护士实施问卷调查,检验问卷的信度和效度。[结果]经过2轮专家咨询所得的护理人员英语综合能力自评问卷由4个维度、32个条目构成,问卷各维度及总体Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.90,分半信度达到0.80以上,问卷的32个条目与相应维度得分均呈中度以上相关（P〈0.01）,各维度与问卷总体的相关系数为0.870~0.969（P〈0.01）。[结论]护理人员英语综合能力自评问卷由听力、阅读、写作、口语能力4个维度组成,具有良好的信度和效度。

Objective：To build a self rating questionnaire of English comprehensive ability of nursing personnel. Methods：The literature review,qualitative interviews and expert consultation method were used for formation of initial questionnaire.A total of 347 nurses received the questionnaire survey to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results：After 2 rounds of expert consultation,the self rating questionnaire of English compre-hensive ability of nursing personnel was formatted and included four dimensions and 32 entries,various dimen-sions and the overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were more than 0.90,the split half reliability was over 0.80, the 32 entries showed moderate correlation with the corresponding dimension scores （P〈0.01）,the correlation coefficient between all dimensions and the overall questionnaire was 0.870~0.969 （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The self rating questionnaire of English comprehensive ability of nursing personnel was composed of 4 dimensions including listening,reading,writing and speaking,and it has good reliability and validity.
