循证护理实践中关于护士专业自主权的思考

Thinking about professional autonomy of nurses in evidence-based nursing practice

针对临床护士因专业自主权缺失,在循证护理实践过程中不愿意采取有利于病人康复的最佳证据的现象,探析护士专业自主权的产生、涵义、发达国家的实践研究以及与循证护理之间的联系,对我国循证护理实践中专业护士自主权问题提出思考和建议。

Aiming at the phenomenon that clinical nurses were reluctant to take the best evidences in favor of rehabilitation of patients because of lack of professional autonomy in the process of evidence based nursing practice,it probe into the generation and connotation of professional autonomy of nurses and its practical re-search in developed country and its contact with evidence based nursing.It put forward the thinking and sug-gestion on problems of professional autonomy of nurses in the practice of evidence based nursing in China.
