内科护士对不良事件报告执行意向的影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]了解内科护士对不良事件报告认知与态度的现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理不良事件报告系统的进一步完善提供依据。[方法]采用便利抽样法选取我院436名内科护士,应用自行编制的不良事件报告认知与态度问卷进行调查。[结果]护士对不良事件的认知与态度的积极应答率为72.51%,5个维度的积极反应率分别为报告认知80.72%、执行意向79.86%、管理期望70.01%、惩罚环境68.85%、科室文化63.12%;不良事件报告执行意向的影响因素为护龄、惩罚环境、科室文化、报告认知。[结论]护士对不良事件报告的总体认知与态度较正向,建议医院在系统化安全管理的基础上进行个性化管理,进一步完善不良事件报告系统,促进不良事件的报告行为。 Objective:To understand the status quo of the cognition and attitude of nurses in internal medicine department toward the adverse event reporting,and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for the further improvement of nursing adverse events reporting system.Methods:A total of 436 nurses were se-lected from internal medicine department by using convenience sampling method.The self compiled question-naire of cognition and attitude toward adverse event reporting was used for investigation.Results:The positive response rate of nurses’cognition and attitude toward the adverse events was 72.5 1%,And its five dimensions including reporting cognition 80.72%.tmplementation intention 79.86%,managing expectations 70.01%,pun-ishment environmental 68.85%,department culture 63.12%.The Influencing factors of implementation inten-tion on adverse event reporting were nurse job seniority,punishment environment,department culture and re-porting cognition.Conclusion:The general cognition and attitude toward the adverse events reporting is positive. It suggests that hospitals should make personalized management on the basis of the systematic safety manage-ment,further improve the adverse event reporting system and promote the adverse events reporting behavior.
