摘要
"礼仪"的根本在于"礼",作为现代服务行业的践行者首先应该要懂礼、知礼才能守礼。现代服务礼仪是在长期的服务工作实践中总结出的一套礼仪规范,服务礼仪的学习和运用是为了更好地为他人服务,对服务对象表现出应有的尊重。如果只重视"仪"而忽视"礼",就会在服务过程中出现认识上的偏差,造成人与人之间应有的道德的缺失。
The essence of etiquette is the "politeness". In the walk of service, the service attendant should know and understand the politeness and then abide to the politeness. A set of principles of etiquette is formed in the long time of service and the knowledge and application of the etiquette aims at serving people better and more respecting guests. The emphasis of observance and the ignorance of politeness wilt lead to the cognitive difference in practice and even the deficiency of moral.
