动态称重电路分析与研究

摘要 动态称重电路既要求采集的数据阶跃响应快又要求高无噪声分辨率和低温度漂移,因此ADC采集电路的设计对动态称重至关重要。本文阐述的基于TI的ADS1259电路设计的称重数据采集系统,具有响应速度快、分辨率高、温漂低的特点,完全满足动态称重应用的要求。本文将详述该设计方案的设计方法与要点。 Dynamic weighing circuits requires both data collected by step response quickly and require high resolution without noise and lowtemperature drift, therefore the ADC sampling circuit design is very important to the dynamic weighing. In this paper based on TI’s ADS1259 circuit design of the weighing data acquisition system, has fast response speed, high resolution, and low temperature drift characteristics, fully meet the requirements of dynamic weighing applications. This article will elaborate the design scheme of the design method and key points.
