摘要
利用单兵发射火箭弹改进的灭火弹作为传统灭火途径的有利补充,发射后顺利进入火场的可靠性需要进行验证.通过弹丸对玻璃靶板碰撞过程的模拟讨论高楼灭火弹进入火场的可行性.利用ANSYS/LSDYNA软件在侵彻靶板过程中对弹体的应力变化和玻璃撕裂情况进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明:所设计的弹丸能够有效击穿高层建筑专用玻璃,可靠进入火场,弹体强度满足侵彻要求.仿真结果可为高楼灭火弹的进一步研究提供了参考依据.
The fire extinguishing bomb which improved on individual rocket projectile was used as beneficial supplement to traditional fire extinguishing way,the reliability of the projectile into the fireground smoothly need to be verified after the launch.The feasibility of the fire extinguishing bomb into the fire was discussed through simulation of the collision process of the projectile to the glass target.The situations of projectile’s stress changing and the glass tearing in the process of penetrating were analyzed based on the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Simulation results show that the design of the projectile can break the high-rise building special glass effectively,enter the scene of the fire reliably,and the projectile strength meet the penetration requirements.The simulation results provide a reference for the further research of high-rise fire extinguishing ammunition.
