番鸭呼肠孤病毒检测技术研究进展

摘要 番鸭呼肠孤病毒病是危害养鸭业的一种重要传染病。本文概述了番鸭呼肠孤病毒(MDRV)实验室检测方法的研究进展。在细胞生物学方面,主要依靠病毒分离培养、ELISA法、血清中和试验等病毒特异性抗原及其抗体的检测等。在分子生物学方面,主要依靠国内外相继建立起的RT-PCR技术、实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术、LAMP技术和核酸杂交技术等。介绍和比较了各种方法的优缺点和实用性,为临床科技工作者建立快速、简便、准确、实用的检测方法提供参考。 Muscovy duck reovirus(MDRV)disease is one of the main infectious diseases which is a serious harm to duck industry. The development of laboratory methods of MDRV was summarized in this paper. In the cell biology aspect, the diagnosis of MDRV was mainly depended on virus isolation and culture, specific antigen and antibody examination such as ELISA and serum neutralization test. In the molecular biology aspect, mainly depended on RT-PCR and real-time RT-PCR diagnosis, LAMP and nucleic acid hybridization. The advantages and disadvantages, and the practicality of the several of methods were introduced and compared. It was to be provided reference for clinical veterinary technology workers to establish of rapid, simple, accurate and practical diagnosis method.
