伽玛刀联合DC-CIK细胞治疗对肝癌患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Gamma knife combined DC,CIK cells on patients life quality in the treatment of liver cancer

目的探讨研究伽玛刀联合DC-CIK细胞治疗对肝癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年1月-2014年1月收治的肝癌患者50例,按治疗方法不同分为单纯组与联合组各25例,单纯组在伽玛刀治疗的同时接受相应的放疗治疗,联合组在伽玛刀治疗的同时进行DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗。观察2组治疗方法对患者生活质量的影响。结果联合组治疗后社会功能、心理功能及躯体功能评分明显高于单纯组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组物质生活评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单纯组治疗1个月后出现食欲下降1例,精神状态差2例,睡眠质量下降2例,全身疲软无力1例,伴随疼痛5例;联合组治疗1个月后所有患者进食量正常,精神状态良好,仅1例睡眠质量较差,无疲乏感,2例伴中轻度疼痛,2组不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伽玛刀和DCCIK细胞免疫技术联合应用治疗肿瘤生长中有协同作用,提高机体免疫力,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of gamma knife combined DC,CIK cells on patients life quality in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014,50 cases of patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into simple groups and the joint treatment,each of 25 cases. The simple group received gamma knife treatment and radiotherapy at the same time,while the joint group received gamma knife and DC-CIK cell immune therapy. The patients life quality was observed. Results After treatment,the social function,psychological function and physical function score of the joint group was obviously higher than that of simple group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference of material life score between 2 group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment for 1 month,in the simple group,1 cases of patients showed loss of appetite,mental state was bad in 2 cases,the sleep quality of 2 patients dropped,weak weakness in 1 cases,and 5 cases with pain. And the joint group all had normal food intake and good mental state,only 1 case of poor sleep quality,without fatigue,2 cases with mild pain. The difference of adverse reactions between the 2 groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The stereotactic gamma knife combined with DC-CIK cells immunotherapy can obviously improve the patient＇s life quality,low adverse reaction and improve the clinical curative effect.
