四君消癌汤对进展期大肠癌血清VEGF抑制作用的临床研究

Study the effects of Sijun Xiaoaitang in advanced colon cancer patients by antiangiogenic factors

目的观察四君消癌汤对进展期大肠癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的抑制作用。方法选取2012年7月-2014年7月医院收住院的进展期结肠癌患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组仅予化疗,治疗组接受中药汤剂+四周期化疗。观察、比较2组血清VEGF浓度,症状及肿瘤标记物改善状况。结果治疗组患者治疗后其VEGF值显著低于对照组,且治疗组患者治疗后其症状明显改善且优于对照组,其中腹痛腹泻、消瘦乏力症状改善最为明显。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组CEA较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四君消癌汤能抑制进展期大肠癌VEGF水平,通过抗肿瘤血管生成而抑制肿瘤进展,同时改善化疗患者的生活质量、临床症状,减轻化疗药物的血液学毒性等。

Objective Study the effects of Sijun Xiaoaitang in advanced colon cancer patients by antiangiogenic factors. Methods 60 patients of advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group（ Sijun Xiaoaitang combined with chemotherapy） and control group（ chemotherapy alone）. compare the serum VEGF concentrations,symptoms and tumor markers of the 2 groups. Results Patients in the treatment group after treatment the VEGF value was significantly lower than that of the control group,and patients in the treatment group after treatment the symptoms improved significantly and is superior to the control group,which abdominal pain,diarrhea,weight loss and fatigue symptom improvement is most obvious.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of CEA in the treatment group was significantly different than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sijun Xiaoaitang combined with chemotherapy is an effective method in treating advanced colon cancer. It can decrease toxicr response,enhance clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life.
