综合护理干预对慢性肾衰竭患者遵医行为的影响

The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior in chronic renal failure patients

目的为了进一步探究临床有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者遵医行为的可靠护理措施和方法,从而为慢性肾衰竭患者的相关护理工作提供相关参考依据。方法选取2010年10月-2012年12月医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者156例,随机分为综合干预组和常规干预组各78例,对2组患者各项遵医行为的发生比例进行比较观察。结果患者各项遵医行为情况比较,综合干预组患者均明显好于常规干预组患者,差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性肾衰竭患者而言,与传统的临床干预措施和方法相比较,采用综合护理干预措施可显著提升患者的遵医行为,有利于促进患者临床治疗,对于延长患者存活时间也具有重要的意义。

Objective To further explore the clinical effective care measures and methods to improve the reliable compliance of patients with chronic renal failure,so as to provide the reference for the relevant nursing care of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 156 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into the comprehensive group and the conventional group,78 cases in each group. The compliance behavior of the patients in the 2 groups was compared. Results The compliance behavior of patients were compared,the comprehensive intervention group were significantly better than the conventional treatment group,and the statistical validation showed that the differences of data between groups were with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic renal failure,compared with traditional clinical interventions and approaches,integrated care interventions can significantly improve the patient＇s compliance behavior,and promote the clinical treatment of patients,and it has important significance of prolong survival time.
