摘要 随着中国汽车产业的逐渐成熟,消费者越来越关注车辆的振动噪声性能,汽车的NVH性能开发被推到了台前。对Trimmed Body的噪声传递函数进行分析,通过面板贡献量找到对噪声影响较大的面板,然后利用形貌优化分析截取面板局部模型,得到改进的钣金形状结构,最终优化了车身噪声传递函数。 With the maturity of China's automobile industry,consumers pay more attention to the vibration and noise performance of vehicle. The NVH development of the car has been pushed to the front of the stage. Based on the analysis of noise transfer function and panel contribution of Trimmed Body,a panel which had a bigger impact on the noise was found. Then the improved shape of sheet-metal was gotten through the analysis of topography optimization model. Finally,the vehicle noise transfer function was optimized.
