矿井充水与否取决于充水水源和充水通道两个方面。潘店井田下组煤11、13煤层,矿井充水的充水水源主要为四五灰、本溪组徐灰等直接充水含水层及奥灰间接充水含水层。主要的充水通道有断裂带、断裂接触带、采空区上方冒落裂隙带及底板破坏导致的裂隙带等。
