摘要
通过对中美两所高校教师教学的评价机构、评价标准、评价过程和评价结果利用等的比较研究,寻找二者之间存在的差距,并且进行成因分析。在此基础上,提出了三点启示:要提高学校全体成员对教师教学评价的认识,树立科学和正确的教育评价观是有效开展教师教学评价的思想基础;在教师教学评价过程中遵循教育评价的规律,运用科学、规范和人性化的操作方法是做好教师教学评价的技术保证;科学对待学校教师教学评价机构存在的不足,对现行评价机构进行改革是可持续高效发展教师教学评价的制度保障。
By comparison of evaluation organization,evaluation standard,evaluation process,evaluation results application and so on in two universities,their differences are found,and the reasons led to the differences are analyzed. On this basis,it puts forward three enlightenments:firstly,enhancing the understanding of the university staff on teachers’ teaching evaluation,setting up scientific and correct view are the ideological basis to effectively carry out the teaching evaluation;secondly,it should follow regurations of the educational evaluation in the teaching evaluation,apply of scientific,standardization and humanization operation methods, and it is to ensure the good teaching evaluation technology;thirdly,scientific treatment of deficiencies of university teachers teaching evaluation mechanism,and reforming the existing evaluation mechanism are the institutional guarantee for the sustainable development of teaching evaluation.
