摘要
为建立现代职业教育体系,国家提出地方本科院校转型、提高职业教育地位、实行分类高考、建立现代学徒制等改革措施。本文对这些改革措施进行了评析,指出推进这些改革,不能采取传统的教育思维,而必须有改革新思维。并就"谁来决定地方本科院校的转型?""怎样提高职业教育的地位?"和"如何培养现代学徒?"提出了看法,指出转型必须调动学校本身的积极性;提倡推行"工士"制度,以建立职业院校毕业生和一般院校毕业生之间的学历互认;培养现代学徒必须增强企业的参与,切实提高学生的动手能力。
In order to construct the modern vocational education system, the national government proposed the reform of vocational education. The measures conclude transforming local universities from academic education to vocational education, enhancing the status of vocational education, classifying the entrance exams from those for academic universities, and establishing the modern apprenticeship system for students. In this paper, the author presents an assessment for these reform measures, and points out that we have to take new thought, new viewpoints rather than the traditional educational thinking in the reform. For the problems such as: Who decides the university which has to be transformed? How can we enhance the social position of graduates of vocational universities? How can we train the modern apprenticeship for these graduates? the author gives suggestions. It is pointed out that the reform has to mobilize the activities of the transformed universities; the degree of "skilled graduate"has to pursue widely, and establish the mutual recognition with Bachelor degree; the training of modern apprenticeship has to have the attend of enterprises, and has to enhance the operating ability of students.
