联合培养:高校创新人才培养质量保障的新模式

The Joint Cultivation Is an Effective Quality Assurance of Training Innovative Talents in Universities

优化人才培养模式,实现高校内涵式发展已经成为高校发展的一种共识。与国内重点高校开展联合培养是促进高校之间实现优质资源共享和互补的一种有效人才培养模式,对西部开发具有特别重要的意义。经过多年的探索和实践,新疆财经大学与中国人民大学等支援重点高校在联合培养优秀本科生的模式和实施效果等方面积累了一定的经验。本文介绍了这两所高校在上层沟通设计、学生选拔和建立长效机制方面的做法,有利于为其他高校在开展联合培养人才方面提供借鉴和启示。

Improving the training mode for talents and realizing the connotative development have been a consensus in Chinese universities and colleges. The joint cultivation with national key universities is an effective mode for excellent resources sharing in talents training, especially, for the development of those universities in western area, the joint cultivation is extra significance. By years exploration and practice, the cooperation of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics and Renmin University of China and other universities establishes lots experiences in the joint cultivation for innovative talents. The paper introduces several measures of the cooperation such as total design at the university level, the selection of students, the mechanism for long-term cooperation. These experiences may provide references for other universities in their joint cultivation.
