应用技术本科院校课堂教学评价研究——基于对教师课堂教学行为的观察

Research on Teaching Assessment in Applied Technology Universities Based on the Perspective of Teaching Activities Observation

课堂教学效果对于应用技术大学的教育质量有着极为重要的影响,但对应用技术大学教师的教学评价应有一个新的视角。为研究应用技术大学教师课堂教学中的行为对于教学效果的影响,本文选取上海电机学院部分教师为样本,通过研究者对教师课堂教学行为的客观记录,主要聚焦于教师个人特质行为和教学模式行为,通过数据分析,得出改善教师教学行为的结论,进而提出改进教师课堂教学的意见和建议。

Effectiveness of classroom teaching has an important influence to the education quality of applied technology universities. But we should have a new perspective to assess the teaching of applied technology universities. To research the influences of teaching activities, we choose some teachers of Shanghai Dianji University as samples. The researchers keep a record of these teachers’ teaching activities, which mainly focus on their personal traits and teaching activities. Then we analyze these collected data, find the conclusions which can improve teaching activities, and at the end, give the suggestions to improve teaching effectiveness in applied technology universities.
