The point analysis for Guidelines on the management of latent tuberculosis infection of World Health Organizationand the research status in China

为了更好地遏制活动性结核病，2015年初世界卫生组织发布了《潜伏性结核感染管理指南》（简称“《指南》”）。笔者就该《指南》中如何界定高危人群、潜伏性感染的筛查流程和筛查手段、预防性治疗方案等进行详细解析；同时介绍了我国的研究现状，以期能为我国的潜伏性结核感染的管理提供参考。

For better stopping active tuberculosis, Guidelines on the management of latent tuberculosis infection （“Guidelines” for short） was released by the World Health Organization in 2015. The author expained the points of the Guidelines about identification of at-risk populations for LTBI, algorithm to test LTBI, screening and treatment options and the research status in China, in order to provide a reference for the management of LTBI in China.
