蒙自市城市餐饮服务员艾滋病知识、行为和感染现状调查

Investigation on HIV/AIDS knowledge, behavior and infection situation of restaurant servers in Mengzi City

目的了解蒙自市城市餐饮服务员艾滋病知识、行为特征和感染现状,为评价流动人口艾滋病预防控制策略提供依据。方法在2014年2、3月参加餐饮从业人员预防性健康检查人员中随机抽取405例进行艾滋病监测。结果调查对象对艾滋病的知晓率为91.60%;最近1年内有嫖娼行为、临时性伴、女性提供商业性服的比例分别为4.62%、4.94%、1.29%;与固定性伴、临时性伴、由女性提供商业性行为发生性行为时每次都使用安全套的频率都比较低(14.34%、25.00%、66.70%);是否接受安全套宣传和发放及艾滋病检测,不同户籍、文化程度、婚姻与最近1年内发生性行为安全套使用频率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体未检出阳性。结论城市餐饮服务员不是性传播艾滋病的高危人群,但存在有嫖娼、女性提供性服务、临时性伴等不安全性行为。应针对该人群开展岗前健康教育等活动,强化安全套使用培训及推广,扩大HIV检测咨询覆盖面,提升自我保护意识。

[Objective]To explore the HIV/AIDS knowledge, behavior and infection situation of restaurant servers in Mengzi City,provide evidence for evaluating the HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategy in floating population.[Methods] HIV/AIDS surveillance was conducted in 405 restaurant servers who were randomly sampled from preventive health examination during February and March in 2014.[Results]The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 91.60%.The proportion of interviewees who had gone a whoring, had temporary sexual partners and supplied commercial sexual services during the last one year was4.62%, 4.94% and 1.29% respectively. The proportion of using condoms during every act of sexual intercourse for those who had sex with regular sexual partners, temporary sexual partners and supplied commercial sexual services was 14.34%, 25.00% and66.70%, respectively. The frequency of using condoms during sexual behaviors in the past year was related to accepting related health education and HIV/AIDS test, permanent residency, education level and marriage status, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no positive result in HIV test.[Conclusion]The restaurant servers are not the highrisk population of transmitting HIV/AIDS, nevertheless, going whoring, providing commercial sexual services and having temporary sexual partners have been found in this group. It is necessary to carry out the per-service health education in this population,strengthen the training and promotion of using condoms, expand the coverage for HIV testing and consulting, and improve the consciousness of self-protection.
