摘要
目的对某医院移动C臂X线机手术室改建项目放射防护效果进行评价,以确保放射防护设施符合国家有关要求,从而保护医护人员和患者的安全。方法采用现场调查和检测等方法对改建项目进行综合评价。对手术操作位置和观察窗、操作台、机房门、四周墙体、相邻房间等周围环境X线辐射水平进行检测。结果手术操作位置X射线辐射剂量〈400μSv/h,周围环境辐射剂量范围为0.07~0.15μSv/h,其结果符合GBZ 130-2013《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求标准》的规定。结论该建设项目放射危害的防护设施符合相关法律、法规的要求。
[Objective] To evaluate the radiation protective effect of mobile C-arm X-ray equipment reconstruction project in operation room in a hospital, ensure the radiological protection facilities meet the national relevant requirements, and protect the safety of medical staff and patients.[Methods]The field investigation and detection were applied in the comprehensive evaluation for the reconstruction project. The x-ray radiation levels of surgical position and surrounding environment(including observation window, operating board, room door, walls and adjacent rooms) were tested.[Results]X-ray radiation dose of surgical position and surrounding environment was 400 μSv/h and 0.07-0.15 μSv/h respectively, which met the Requirements for radiological protection in medical X-ray diagnosis(GBZ 130-2013).[Conclusion]The protective facilities against radiation hazard in this construction project meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
