摘要
在指令信号和指令系数分析的基础上,优化了指令系数的计算算法。结合该型导弹自动测试系统的研制开发工作,提出了指令信号功能测试模型,并通过半实物仿真技术建立控制箱仿真测试平台,只需改变软件仿真设置条件,就可以完成指令系数的静态测试和动态测试。测试结果表明,仿真测试平台设置灵活,指令系数动静态测试稳定性强,一致性好,满足了测试的技术指标要求。
On the basis of the analysis of the instruction signal and instruction coefficient,its calculating algorithm is optimized. In the automatic test system about the missile,the functional test model of instruction signal is put forward,the simulation test platform of control box is set up by semi-physical simulation technology,and the static and dynamic test of instruction coefficient are completed with only changing the software simulation conditions. The test results show that the simulation test platform configuration is flexible,the static and dynamic test performance is stable,fulfilling the requirements of the test.
