摘要
丽泽SOHO位于北京市丰台区丽泽金融商务区,被定位为该区的新地标性建筑。建筑师设计了两个反对称流线型单塔盘旋而上的建筑造型,单塔在上部存在大悬挑,使结构扭转效应显著。为减小扭转效应的影响,设计人员经过方案比选,确定了丽泽SOHO的结构体系,使该项目通过超限审查,实现了建筑设计与结构的和谐统一。
Leeza SOHO was located in Leeza financial business district of geijing Fengtai district, it was positioned as the new region's landmark building. Architects designed two antisymmetrie streamlined single tower circled and trend upwards. At the top of the single tower exist large cantilever, that made the structure torsion effect was remarkable. To reduce the influence of torsion effect, after scheme comparison, designer determined the structure system of Leeza SOHO. At present this project passed the overlimit-review, which achieved the harmony between architecture and structure.
