住宅产业化目前是国际建筑工业化的潮流之一,其使用的预制装配建筑技术可以推动建筑产业化,降低建筑全寿命用能的消耗,提高建筑产品的质量,也是国际公认的可持续发展技术。而预制混凝土构件的质量是预制混凝土结构体系广泛应用的基础和必要条件,所以对预制构件的检验是控制整体质量的关键环节。以预制墙板为例,说明检验内容和检验方法,供技术人员参考。

Housing industrialization is one of the international construction industrialization trends. The precast component construction technology applied in housing industrialization can boost building industrialization, reduce energy consumption in the building life, and enhance the building product quality, so it is also an internationally recognized sustainable development technolog~ The quality of precast concrete components is the base and essential conditions for the precast concrete structure system to be widely used, so the inspection of precast concrete components is a key link to control total quality. Precast concrete wall panel was taken as an example in this paper to describe the inspection content and method, which could reference for technicians.
