摘要
认知和记忆是人类的基本活动。受生活压力增大,人口老龄化,生活环境等方面的影响,认知及记忆功能下降的现象越来越普遍,对正常生活造成越来越多的困扰。本文从中西医角度对记忆的相关理论进行简单的论述;对国内市场上已获批的辅助改善记忆的保健食品,从原料、配方方面阐述其作用机理及开发现状。
For human, cognition and memory is fundamental activity. Effected by increasing pressure of life, aging population, living environment and so on, decline in cognitive ability and memory increasingly to be a common phenomenon. These can bring more and more problems in normal life for our population. At the beginning, wegive a simple exposition about memory in the perspective of Chinese and Western medicine theory. On the next, marked the health food to improve memory on domestic market, explained its mechanism of action and development progress from raw material formulation.
