以就业为导向的高等学校羽毛球俱乐部训练方法研究

On training method of College Badminton Clubs with the Guidance of Employment

问卷调查显示,目前用人单位对大学生特长需求排前三名的依次为:体育类,外语类,计算机类。而对于体育类特长之中,体育项目需求排名前三的依次是:羽毛球,乒乓球,篮球。通过实验,借鉴业余体育运动学校的训练方法得到了一套能够使大学生在校学习期间,通过努力训练使羽毛球水平得以提升的组织方法和训练手段,为帮助大学生就业提供了一个闪光点。

The questionnaire survey shows that the top three needs to college students＇ specialty by employing units are： sports,foreign language and computer.As for sports specialty,the top three demand of sports are： badminton,table tennis and basketball.In this study,thought experiment,according to the training methods in amateur sports school,a set of organization and training methods has been got which can improve the students＇ badminton training level through the efforts at school,providing a flash point to help college students＇ employment.
