摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和对比分析法等社会研究方法,以2011版老规则和FISAC-IRSF Rulebook Judging Manual2013-2014版为参照,全面探析2014版中国跳绳竞赛规则的变化。从竞赛项目和组别变化、花样赛评分因素和新增项目评分因素三方面展开探讨,得出新规则视野下教练员应加强难度创新、动作细节等方面的练习,并提出相应的对策。
This paper, using methods of literature, expert interviews and comparative analysis, taking the old version of the 2011 rules and FISAC-IRSF Rulebook Judging Manual2013-2014 version as reference, analyzes the rules changes of Chinese rope skipping in the full version of the 2014, discusses on the changes of competition events and groups, scoring factors of the pattern match and new events, points out that according to the new rules, the coaches should strengthen difficulty innovation, the practice of action details, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
