系统地分析乒乓球比赛中的不良心理状态以及训练方法,探讨心理训练在高校乒乓球教学中的应用价值,希望能对心理训练在高校乒乓球教学中的合理运用提供一些借鉴。
This article systematical analyzes the adverse psychological state in the table tennis match and the taining methods,discusses about the application value of psychological training in table tennis teaching in colleges and universities,hoping to provide some reference for the rational use of psychological training in the table tennis teaching in colleges and universities.
