摘要
对高校体育教师教学质量评价现状进行研究,发现存在问题有价值导向的功利性;评价内容的有限性;评价方式、方法的有限性。为完善高校体育教师教学质量评价制度,达到评价真正目的,在现状研究及存在问题的基础上,提出合理化建议。
This paper using methods of documentations,questionnaire investigation and interview,researches the current situation of teaching quality evaluation of college PE teachers,the problems are found out,that is the value orientation of utilitarianism,the limitations of evaluation content and the limitation of methods in the evaluation way.Reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve college PE teachers' teaching quality evaluation system and achieve the real purpose of evaluate.
