“转型发展”背景下三本院校应用型商务英语人才培养理论与实践研究

理论上分析了三本院校的性质与其应用型的人才培养目标定位之间的关系,概括了商务英语专业人才需求特点与人才培养模式现状;实践上,以郑州成功财经学院外语系商务英语专业高素质、应用型人才培养改革实践为个案,通过对其应用型人才培养目标、培养途径和改革效果的分析,探讨了"转型发展"背景下三本院校如何培养高素质、应用型人才的问题。

The paper first analyses the relationship between the nature of Third Batch College and its orientation of cultivation objects theoretically, and then investigates demanding characteristics of personnel in Business English and its current situation of modes of cultivating. On this basis, we construct a case study of the practice and reform of cultivating mode of applied undergraduate talents majored in Business English in Zhengzhou Chenggong University of Finance and Economics, and probe into the cultivation objects, approaches of cultivating, and effects of the reform.
