模因论对商务英语词汇教学的启示

模因论是基于达尔文进化论的观点解释文化进化规律的一种新理论。词汇学习本身就是词汇模因复制、模仿、传播的过程。本文以模因生命周期和传播规律为切入点,分析现有商务英语词汇教学中存在的问题,构建动态的商务英语词汇模因教学模式,从而对优化商务英语词汇教学环节,提高词汇习得效率起到积极的指导作用。

Memetics is a new theory for explaining cultural revolution based on Darwin＇s Revolution Theory. Words learning is a process of reproduction, imitation and transmission. On the background of meme＇s lifecycle and transmission laws, this paper analyzes the problems in business English words teaching and construct a dynamic teaching pattern for BE words from the perspective of memetics. This pattern will help teachers optimize teaching process and instruct learners improving learning strategy.
