摘要
食品工艺学是一门实践要求很强的课程,文章结合食品工艺学实验教学的实践,以培养学生的探索精神、创新意识和科学素质为目的,从阐述实验教学的创新理念出发,对食品工艺学实验课程体系、教学内容、教学模式与观念、实验室建设方面的改革与创新特色进行了探索。
