摘要
艺术以其形象性、主体性、审美性区别于其他非艺术形式,而艺术教育特别是公共艺术教育也因其自身的特殊性,在"立德树人"中发挥着"寓教于乐,潜移默化"、"寓教于美,净化心灵"、"启迪心智,健全人格"等方面的独特作用。艺术教育特别是广义的艺术教育要实现以上作用,需树立正确观念,面向全体学生,培养学生懂得美,欣赏美和发现美的能力。艺术教育实际操作过程中,要"因地制宜"进行教育形式的创新。
