高职高专经管类专业中翻转课堂的适用性分析

翻转课堂是对传统课堂的革新,通过对知识传授与知识内化的过程颠倒安排,来促进学生自学能力的提升,也便于教师了解学生的学习情况。但是在高职高专经管类专业中运用这种模式,还存在着一定的适应性问题,如教师和学生的适应性、课程的适应性、实施条件的适应性等。根据这些问题,提出了在高职高专经管类专业中,实施翻转课堂需要注意的关键,即要与其他教学方式有机结合、要结合自身构建适合的平台、要进一步加强教师专业技能的提升等。

Flipped Class Model is an innovation of the traditional class model. It can not only promote the selflearning ability of the students by reversing teaching and internalization of the knowledge, but also facilitate the teachers to know the students＂ situation. But this way is not suitable in vocational College for the students majors in business. So in this paper points out the key of flipped class model,＇ that is combining with other teaching methods and building suitable platform, and improving teachers＇ professional skills.
