摘要
近年高校补充了大量年轻教师,他们普遍学识水平高,但教学经验和教学能力不足。本文探讨了反映高校青年教师教学能力的核心评价指标,据此建立了评价体系。运用本体系可以对高校青年教师教学能力进行调查,了解青年教师教学能力的实际现状,并为青年教师建立一个提高教学能力的目标和导向,指导青年教师提高教学能力从而稳定和提高高校的教学质量。
In recent years, the universities recruited a lot of young teachers, their general knowledge level is high, but they lack teaching experience and teaching ability. This paper discussed the core competency index for young college teacherss teaching ability, and established an evaluation system based on the index. Using this system, we may carry on the investigation in the young college teachers' teaching ability, in order to understand the actual situation of teaching ability of young teachers, set up a goal and direction for the young teachers to improve their teaching ability, and stabilize and/or promote teaching quality of colleges and universities.
