摘要
通过对不同竹炭含量的PA66/竹炭混合改性材料的紫外-可见光Abs吸光度、DSC/TG热分析实验及傅里叶红外吸收光谱分析发现:加入微米级的竹炭微粉可使PA66/竹炭混合材料对紫外线的防护能级明显增强,竹炭含量为1%~5%时即可达到完全防护;混合改性材料的热稳定性降低;根据在波数1125 cm-1处吸收峰的强度大小,可定性地鉴别混合物中加入竹碳粉的量。
Based on the study of the key performance of micron charcoal powder, through the different levels of charcoal in PA66 / charcoal mixed modified materials' UV-visible absorbance Abs, DSC / TG thermal analysis experi-ments and fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy, it is found that adding micron charcoal powder can enhance UV protection level of PA66 / charcoal powder mixed materials significantly, and full protection level can be achieved when its content is 1% to 5% of charcoal;mixed modified thermal stability is decreased. According to the wave number 1125 cm-1 absorption peak,it can qualitative identify the quality of carbon powder, the methods and results can provide a reference for similar studies.
