摘要 以红薯渣为原料,乙醇为溶剂,氢氧化钠为碱化剂,氯乙酸为醚化剂,制备红薯渣羧甲基醚化物,并制备浆膜。通过测试浆液与浆膜的性能,探讨了红薯渣羧甲基醚化的影响因素。实验表明,随着H2O2用量增加,浆膜颜色变浅,浆液黏度下降;所用筛网目数越大,浆液黏度越小;取代度增加,浆膜断裂强度下降,断裂伸长率增加;红薯渣羧甲基醚化物浆膜性能介于羧甲基纤维素和羧甲基淀粉浆膜之间;红薯渣羧甲基醚化产物有较好的混溶性,可以与羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉混溶,混合后浆料的浆膜性能较单一品种有很大改善。 Carboxymethyl sweet potato residue ether compound is prepared with sweet potato residue which is used as raw material,ethanol as solvent,caustic soda as alkali agent, chloroacetic acid as etherification agent. The sizing viscosity is tested. The membrane serosa is prepared and its strength,breaking elongation is tested. The effect of various factors on the sweet potato residue carboxymethyl ether compound is discussed. According to the experimental results, as the increase of oxidizing agent dosage, the whiting becomes light, sizing viscosity is decreased;the greater the screen mesh,the smaller the sizing viscosity. As the increase of the substitution degree, size film strength decrease, breaking e-longation increases;Size film performance between CMS and CMC serous membran. Carboxymethyl sweet potato residue product has good solubility,it is mixed with CMC,CMS,the size films are better than single species.
