摘要
对南疆不同林果树木寄主来源腐烂病菌无性形态比较,为病原菌的准确鉴定及摸清病原菌间亲缘关系提供理论依据。观察分生孢子器在寄主表皮着生状态;挑取病样子实体进行切片观察分生孢子器纵横切面、分生孢子形态特征;将不同寄主来源腐烂病菌接种于PDA培养基上,观察记录菌落颜色、形态和产孢体形态特征。不同寄主来源分生孢子器表生、半埋生或者埋生于树皮之上;分生孢子器腔室数量不同,纵横切面大小存在明显差异;分生孢子有腊肠形和香蕉形两种;在PDA培养基上形成的菌落特征也存在明显差异。依据无性形态鉴定,梨壳囊孢菌(C.carphosperma Fr.)、苹果壳囊孢菌(C.mandshurica Miura)、桃壳囊孢菌(C.leucostoma Sacc.)、胡桃壳囊孢菌(C.juglandis(DC)Sacc)和柳属壳蕉孢菌(C.salicis Rab.)相似度较高。
Clonal morphology of canker pathogen origined from different hosts was compared to provide the theory basis for the identification of pathogenic fungi and the relationships among them. The Pycnidia growth state in the host epidermis was observed; The Sporophore was picked out and sliced,in addition,pycnidia sections and morphological characteristics were observed; The pathogen stemmed from different hosts was inoculated in PDA medium,then colonial morphology was observed. The Pycnidium from different hosts was supergened,half buried or submerged in the bark; The number of Pycnidium chambers was different,and there were obvious differences between section sizes; Conidia was sausage and banana shaped; There were obvious differences in characteristics of colonies formed on the PDA medium. On the basis of clonal morphological identification,tested pathogen had higher similarity relatively with C.carphosperma Fr.,C. mandshurica Miura C. leucostoma Sacc,C. juglandis( DC) Sacc,and C. salicis Rab.
