摘要
针对现有坚果破壳分离机对巴旦木破壳效果不好、破碎率低的现实问题,在研究国内外现有的坚果破壳机械的基础上,设计一种新型的圆锥式巴旦木破壳分离机。该机主要有电动机、传动机构、进料机构、脱壳机构、分离机构、机架等组成。试验表明该机的适用性好,破壳率为大于90%,籽仁破损率为小于8%。
Aiming at the practical problems that nut shell breaking separator show poor effect and low breakage rate when used in almond shell breaking effect. According to the domestic and foreign existing nut shell breaking machine,we design a cone type almond shell breaking separator. The machine mainly consists of motor,drive mechanism,feed mechanism,selling mechanism,separation mechanism,and the frame form. Experiments show that this machine is of excellent applicability. Shell breaking rate is higher than90%. The kernel damage rate is lower than 8%.
