大枣多糖硒铁复合物的合成工艺研究

摘要 根据有机硒化合物及有机铁化合物的合成原理研究了大枣多糖硒复合物加铁的合成工艺。利用单因素试验和正交试验,研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、三氯化铁的量及溶剂的量对大枣多糖硒加铁效果的影响。实验结果显示最佳合成工艺条件为反应温度70℃、提取时间5 h、三氯化铁加入量0.2 g、溶剂的量70 m L。在此条件下,多糖硒铁复合物中硒和铁的含量分别为3.414 mg/g和12.04 mg/g。紫外光谱数据显示多糖与硒(Ⅳ)和铁(Ⅲ)先后发生了反应,红外光谱显示多糖硒铁中含有C-Se=O键和Se-H键,铁以γ-Fe OOH结构聚合成铁核。 According to the synthesis principle of organic selenium compounds and organic iron compounds,the synthesis process of the of jujube polysaccharide selenium compound with iron were studied in this paper. Influence of reaction temperature,catalyst dosage,the amount of ferric chloride and solvent on the jujube polysaccharide selenium adding iron were obtained by single factor test and orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions of the method for the reaction temperature was 70℃,the reaction time was 5h,the amount of ferric chloride was 0. 2 g and the amount of solvent was 70 mL. The total contents of Se and Fe in polysaccharide selenium ferric complex were 3. 414 mg / g and 12. 04 mg / g at the optimum conditions. The UV spectral datas showed that polysaccharide reacted with Se( Ⅳ) and Fe( Ⅲ) successively. The jujube polysaccharide selenium ferric complex contained c-Se= 0 and Se-H through the infrared spectrum. Moreover,it was found that Fe( Ⅲ) were aggregated into iron core by the form of γ-Fe OOH.
