摘要 精益生产模式下,供料路径受到多方面因素影响.以订单紧急度为考虑因素,探讨供料路程长短与订单紧急度双重作用下的供料路径规划方法.运用可拓评价法和改进层次分析法得到订单紧急度,将各物料需求点位置转化为相对坐标,进而计算出虚拟坐标,并采用基于混合粒子群算法的TSP搜索算法,求解供料路径.最后,通过实证检验了该算法的可行性,为推广精益生产提供方法借鉴. Under the mode of lean production,feed path is affected by various factors.Considering the emergency degree of the order,we discussed the feed path length and the emergency degree of order under the dual role of feed path planning method.First,we got the emergency degree of the order using the extension evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process.Second,we transformed the material requirement point location into relative coordinates,calculated the virtual coordinates,and solved the feed path using the TSP search algorithm based on hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the feasibility of the algorithm were verified by empirical and we provided a reference to lean production promotion.
