复杂型面上的注射模流道生成技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着产品曲面造型的丰富多样化,应用复杂型面的结构形式在注塑模具设计中越来越普及。为了提高复杂型面上注射模流道生成的效率和质量,提出了一种基于参数化模板的复杂型面上注射模流道生成方法。通过构建参数化流道引导线模板库,并对投影流道引导线进行连续性处理,可以快速获得流道实体的扫描引导线,然后结合流道设计知识库完成流道的截面和尺寸计算,最后生成流道实体。以实际生产中一模两腔模具为例,在UG NX平台上验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。 With the rich diversityof product surface modeling,the application of complex partingsurface in the design of injectionmould is more and more popular. To improve the efficiency and quality in generating runner of feeding system on the complex partingsurface of injection mould,aparameterizedtemplate-based method is proposed. By building a parameterized template library,and then dealing with the continuity of the projected curves,they can quicklyachievethe runner guide curves for sweeping. The section and dimension of runneris automaticcalculated by a knowledge base.Taking an example of a twocavity injection mould in the actual production,it verified the validity and practicality of the method on the UG NX platform.
